In the opinion of Mr. Sunahase, there is one that does not finish work early on time. Perhaps in a black company, I think that even if I finish my job I will have another job to come in. There is a problem that the fundamental people are not enough, so I feel doubts about that opinion. I also cited German matters, but I can not convince you because overseas and Japan are different in various situations. Japanese think that there are many people who are hesitant to hesitate to take a long vacation. We care about our colleague’s trouble, pushing my own feelings and giving priority to others, I tend not to say my opinion. That is characteristic of the Japanese. The foreigner is different. I think that there is a tendency to clearly express their opinion basically. I hear that there are customs to go on vacation. They do not hesitate to take a long vacation. I think that there are also some people who imagine such an image, but there is such a tendency when such an image exists. Since I am giving the amount of work corresponding to the amount of work for holiday work, I think that the manager side is not bad, not the employment side. As a second opinion, I have raised the opinion of power harassment, but does this mean that there are problems also on the side receiving power harassment? It seems like a bullying if you think like this. I agree with the point that the receiving side also has problems, but of course I think there is a problem on the side of doing it. Although I wrote a slightly negative opinion, I think that Mr. Hasaya san is a very kind person to think about the opinion of the management side to go to the employment side mostly.

7/31/2017 0 コメント Problem in Japanese Now Japan has various problems. What I particularly interested is the problem with working. In recent years, I often see the word "black company" in the news. Black company refers to a company that makes long hours work with low wages and discards employees. I am in graduate school now, and I am declining to work next year. I would like to avoid black companies like this when I am hired.
But why was a black company born? This is largely related to Japanese-style employment. Japanese-style employment means to follow loyalty to companies and loyalty to companies, faithfully obey orders from companies, in return, seniority wage, long-term employment, corporate welfare are guaranteed. Such a way of working changed, it seems that the company remained only the habit of being absolute, it was not guaranteed the return and such a black company was born. Furthermore, it is likely to make employees think about management on the side that is common in such black companies. The fact that employees do the acts that should be the job of the management is nothing but management abandoning work. It is not a bad thing to do business from a management perspective. However, it will be difficult to do it without afford. I think that it is management's job to give that margin. Currently Japan is in a recession. A recession can be thought of as the cause of the black company being born. However, I think that the nature unique to the Japanese is the root cause. Japanese often have sense of belonging to the company. There is a clause that instinctively sees that it is evil to condemn the company. It probably is not a bad thing in itself. However, bad things can not be said to be bad, and organizations that can not say what you want to say can easily proceed in the wrong direction with nature. In order to eliminate black companies, I think that it is necessary to change the consciousness of the Japanese people first. By doing consciousness reform, it seems that nature and black enterprises will be eliminated and will gradually head towards the booming economy. |
